Marjie Sutton
Marjie has spent most of her life working in the voluntary sector in a variety of roles ranging from responsibility for international development of a voluntary youth organisation to working with her local church. Over the past 15 years she was also involved in a number of 'strategic prayer' assignments across the UK and in many other nations. This journey has taught her much about the spiritual gift of administration and what that should really look like, particularly the interface of visionaries and implementers.
In 2004 God called Marjie to work not only in this environment but also in the business arena, which she loves. The challenge of putting these lessons into practice 'on the shop floor' has been exhilarating, as is the opportunity to mentor and train others. Her previous work in international development took her to many other parts of the globe. In particular her visits to Africa dug a deep place in her heart and she is delighted to be part of the growing interaction with Sierra Leone.
